The staff were professional, kind, helpful and very interesting.

The only w things was firstly it was a bit difficult to get to with bags but with taxi no problem and cheap..10 soles from bus station.. and 2 a lot of dog barking in the night kept me awake ( but I did have window wide open)

Nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a small, lovely terrace and a perfect hot shower

The Internet was partly super slow

Location good. Was in a nice neighborhood. They treated my mom and her sisters very nicely. They had a kitchenette in their room. Gardens were nice to hang around after a long day of walking around.

Just a small miscommunication on the payment but this was quickly sorted out the same day.

We stayed two nights at Casa Samaykuy and we had a lovely time there. The family who ran the guest house we exceptionally helpful! They looked after our luggage before our check in and the room was ready before the check in time. All very kind and friendly. The room was very comfortable and even had Netflix (which was nice to after a long over night bus)! The upstairs terrace with an open kitchen was a great asset and fully equipped ( a blender, microwave and some spices and seasonings). We were able to cook food, eating with a a beautiful view of the town and the mountains. On the day of our check-out the staff let us eat our dinner before we took our bus. The location is a walk up from the town but it was a very nice stroll and taxis were less than 7 soles back up. Location was definitely not an issue. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

The staff were friendly and very helpful - however the internet was sketchy The place was very clean modern and inviting.

the internet was not working. It was on the second storey with no lifts. So if your caryying a few bags then it might be to request ground floor accommodation in advance.

It was clean.

Dogs barking constantly. Internet fall down. If you are looking for a quite place dogs barking is a great issue. And it’s far from the center- you need to use taxi everywhere because the neighbourhood is doggy.

Really good value for the money. We ended up staying longer because of the riots and felt very safe in the guesthouse. Great shared kitchen and really clean rooms. Staff is really friendly and helpful. It's 20 minute walk to the center and even shorter to the airport. Good WiFi.
