Owner is super friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Everything is new and in a great condition including the bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooftop terrace is nice. It’s good value especially for the accommodations, but the trade off is location. Sits on several bus lines that take you downtown and to a couple of tourist attractions.

I think the owner runs and cleans the place so the cleanings are less frequent than they could be because it’s a lot of work for one person - trash in the kitchen was overflowing twice during our stay. Location means a bus ride or walk along a busy street with tons of traffic to reach the downtown area, but wasn’t really a big problem for us. Vibe was not very social while we were there, maybe not the best choice for a solo backpacker.

The property appears to be pretty new and therefore very clean and updated. The kitchen was great, modern and clean. A nice area on the rooftop to hangout as well as great wifi. Staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. I’d strongly recommend to stay here if you’re in Ayacucho!

it’s a little walk to the city centre, no problem for me but could be for some?

clean, comfortable, new - exceptional value for money. Within 20 mins walking you’re at the main square. very nice rooftop terrace to relax. definitely recommended.

Everything is just renovated. The kitchen is very complete and the large bathroom is clean. we arrived very early by nightbus but it was no problem to check-in at this time.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but we didn’t mind because it was silent and the city is accessible with cheap taxis. Walking takes 20 minutes via a large road.

it takes some time to get into the city center but once I figured out the bus system it is totally fine
