The kitchen is a state of neglectency. Although I didn't use it, I couldn't ignore.

The host was very helpful when my train was delayed. He waited for me and helped me to accomodate late in night. I could wash my clothes and the service was really broad.

There wasn't any waste bin in the room.

On the morning of my journey to Brussels I emailed the owner to ask for the address ie house number. No reply. When I arrived in Brussels I went to the street and phoned to ask for access details. The person answering the phone said he would phone back. He didn't. Then I received an email message saying that unfortunately I could not stay because of problems with plumbing. So I was left in the street with no where to stay. I have written to ask Booking.com how to get my money back but haven't had a reply. Needless to say I had to spend a significant amount of money finding alternative accommodation in a hotel. I suggest Booking.com needs to examine this address and take them off your website. Very unhappy with what happened to me.
