Las instalaciones estaban bien, sin embargo, tuvimos un problema con la ducha, pero el personal nos lo soluciono rápidamente. La ubicación fantástica!

Pese a que el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras demandas, el último día pregunté si podíamos guardar las maletas unas horas tras el checkin y no recibí respuesta. Pregunté tanto al contacto con el que me comuniqué a lo largo de la estancia, como a otro operador a través de booking y nadie me respondió. Ignoraron mi demanda.

Location and facilities

The guidance to apartment is very poor. For non Spanish speaker is hard to find the key box location in a bunch of Spanish. Btw the WiFi password is RDN4YWNMRWGJNG

Excellent location. Decent room sizes. If cleaning would be proper, it is definitely a 10/10.

Cleaning does not exist. Every visible part of the room was very dirty. Cannot think of the conditions of nooks and crannies :(

Los espacios comunes separados para cocina y sala de estar. La ubicación céntrica y acceso a zonas comerciales. Otro aspecto a destacar fue tener un buen contacto con el administrador que satisfizo todas nuestras peticiones. El personal de limpieza fue muy amable.

Las sábanas no se ajustaban a las dimensiones del colchón. Las lamparas de noche no funcionaban.
