As advertised very quiet location (15 mins drive from CBD), suited our needs.

Bed was really uncomfortable (needs a new mattress at least)!

"A home out of a decorator magazine"

The wifi is free, not paid. This is the most tastefully decorated house I've ever seen. The garden is just as nice, too.

This accommodation was just right for what we needed. Near Central Hamilton, very quiet, beautiful gardens around the house, private and modern. It had everything we needed.

"A home away from home, much nicer than a motel."

Lovely gardens, clean, great shower pressure, bed comfy. Everything you need and more.

No PowerPoint in bathroom that I could find for hair dryer. Would like to suggest a screen for privacy between studio entrance and main house kitchen area - just my thoughts, others may not mind that you can see both ways, I think this would be a great addition.

"Stylish and private apartment wing, in a beautiful setting, with experienced and polite hosts."

The Hosts were absolutely lovely people. We were hours late thanks to Auckland traffic and they were so kind and had no issues with us turning up finally at 10pm (I kept them informed by text during the evening). The garden is gorgeous with a nice wee private area for guests and the apartment is also private, given it is a wing of the home. The accommodations were clean, had lovely additions to make your stay more enjoyable (eg a selection of teas, real milk, a light breakfast supplied, magazines, candles for the bath, etc), and thoughtfully decorated. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed meeting and chatting with the hosts.

The kitchen area could possibly do with a renovation with modern cabinetry to make it work better for its location in the apartment and to make it easier to clean for the owners.
