Peaceful and quiet. Just like home. Warm and cosy. Cookies and Cereal in the room. Self contained. Perfect. Beautiful gardens to look out onto.

An electric blanket for us aucklanders who feel the cold would be an enhancement.

Great communication with welcoming instructions. Flat was warm with added extras, which was amazing cause we were there for sport alday. Breakfast was such a bonus.
