The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Without their accommodating personalities, I would have scored much lower. They were so kind and caring.

The location is very far from anything in Kandy. You also can’t access the front of the property, and no one ever told us that. So we spent an hour trying to find a way to get to the hotel since no one was answering us. It would have been nice to know ahead of time where the drop off is at instead of being lost.

Super friendly, helpful staff

Location was a little out from the centre but good if you wanted to visit sights to the north.

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of Kandy. The rooms are specious and very comfortable. It's a bit outside of the city center, but very easy to reach by tuktuk. The property is very green and luscious and it was great to take a swim in the pool during the hot days.

The staff kalpena and Lori and the owner were great, respectful.

We loved feeling like we were at home. The beautiful gardens, the comfortable lounge area, the superb room and the refreshing pool. Such a gem of a hotel. We ate in every night, it was so relaxing and the food was always delicious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The beautifully restored house originally belonged to the owner’s grandparents. It has been tastefully renovated with modern convenience such as ac and ensuites but still has the charm of yesteryear.

There is nothing to dislike. I didn’t want to leave.
