Unser Aufenthalt bei Suneth war einfach fantastisch! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, bis zu unserem letzten Tag fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch top eingerichtet und bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war ein weiteres Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Es war abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und lecker, mit einer Vielzahl von frischen, einheimischen Speisen, die jeden Morgen für einen tollen Start in den Tag sorgten. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir unseren Gastgeber, der den Aufenthalt für uns wirklich perfekt gemacht hat. Seine Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft waren überragend. Er nahm sich immer Zeit für persönliche Gespräche, was unseren Aufenthalt super angenehm machte. Darüber hinaus gab er uns umfangreiche Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und auch für unsere Weiterreise, ohne die wir einige tolle Erlebnisse verpasst hätten. Ein besonders schöner Service war, dass er uns persönlich zu unseren Zielen navigierte, was uns sehr geholfen hat, die Stadt besser kennenzulernen. Dank seiner warmherzigen Art, seiner Unterstützung und Fürsorge fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Wir können dieses Homestay nur wärmstens empfehlen und danken Suneth für die unvergesslichen Erinnerungen, die wir hier sammeln durften. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen würden!

Owner and my stay. Suneth was amazing, he is always ready to help, as soon as I arrived, he welcomed me with passion fruit juice, it was very refreshing. Even though, I stayed for one night, he gave me a detailed map of Kandy, places I can explore within a day. My stay was amazing and I had a great time in kandy, will visit this stay again.

The host is exceptionally great and welcome, always ready to help you or give tips about Kandy. The room was quite big and clean, with hot water in the bathroom. The walk to Kandy takes about 20-25 minutes. The breakfast was good.

The building is beautiful and the rooms inside even more so. So spacious and clean. At first we were worried about the location, but it is only a 30 minute walk into the centre where the market and restaurants are or of course a couple of pounds tuk tuk ride. But the most amazing part of our stay was the lovely owner Suneth. As soon as we arrived he welcomed us with some fresh juice and we sat and got to know him some more. He is truly the purest soul and kindest man we have met during our travels. He gave us advice about Kandy, helped us with our onward travels and prepared us the best breakfast we’ve had so far. When I couldn’t finish my fruit, he put it in a tub for me so I could take it and eat it on my bus. I urge you to stay with him and experience his hospitality yourself. We will never forget our stay with you Suneth and wish you all the best.

The owner has a beautiful villa, and the room I got was nice and clean. The owner was very helpful, and the breakfast he prepared was fantastic. I highly recommend him.

L'hôte est incroyablement gentil, attachant et serviable 🫶 La chambre est grande, avec une grande terrasse privative et le petit dejeuner était copieux et délicieux avec un jus fait maison, des fruits... Il nous a aidé pour se rendre à notre prochaine destination. Je vous recommande de venir découvrir cet homestay, le propriétaire est ADORABLE 🥰🥰 Maybe see you again, with pleasure!

The house was beautiful and had a couple of relaxing balconies with distant views. The host was the nicest host I've ever met. He was so welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and sumptuous. I'd stay there again, if I went back to Sri Lanka.

We had an amazing stay at Chandi Mahals!! The hosts hospitality was truly exceptional, extremely kind and helpful man who went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. The included breakfast is delicious and such a treat to enjoy home cooked Sri Lankan meals with fresh homemade juices too! He is more than willing to drop you to local attractions and gave us a list of things to see. He arranges it all! Honestly the best place we’ve stayed after a month of traveling Sri Lanka.
