Before booking you should know that this place is actually a 2BHK flat converted into two self sufficient rooms, we were in one of them. Its little difficult to find the place but the location is great, you just need to call them once you are there and they would come to receive you. The mother and daughter caretaker were very friendly and sweet. We asked for a Srilankan breakfast (go for this option) and it was mouthwatering - probably one of the best we had in Srilanka just closely behind what we had in Cinnamon Red Hotel. Everything was perfect. But if you want a hotel kind of stay, this is not your place.

This is an amazing place to stay while being in Kandy,excellent location,great staff and customer service,modern equipment. Excellent coffee machine. I really enjoyed my stay.

This is not to blame the hotel but be aware,that everywhere close to the lake can be noisy,because of the traffic,if you are a light sleeper,you might need the earplugs or white noise from AC,that said,I slept like a baby!

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Il signor Kapila che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile, professionale, premuroso e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno fantastico. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Pushpa che con la sua dolcezza ci ha preparato una colazione abbondante e buonissima. Non ci ha permesso neanche di spostare una tazza per metterla nel lavandino perché voleva fare tutto lei. Era sempre con la pezza in mano per pulire. L'alloggio era pulitissimo. Entrambi ci hanno cocvolate e ci hanno fatte sentire come a casa. Se potessi me li porterei in Italia. Grazie di ❤️ di tutto e per come siete speciali per la vostra umiltà e generosità d'animo.

I cannot be much more happier with myself that I booked this place for our stay in Kandy. This place is nothing but perfect, the apartment, room, hospitality of the caretaker, owner's super friendly behavior and the location of the property, everything was top notch. Can't wait to be back!

Everything. The location, the food, and the hospitality were all perfect. The staff, in particular, were absolutely amazing, and meeting them was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Sri Lanka. We are truly grateful for everything.

A very neat and clean stay located near the calm Kandy lake and approachable market place adds extra star to this property. Care takers are very warm and welcoming.

Nice, clean room. Delicious brekfast, nice service.

The woman cooked our brekfast and the man drove us with his tuktuk all around during the day (he said he was the dessignated driver of the hotel). Nonetheless at the end of the day he told us to give him money for the driving services provided, which felt off. He wants to take you to all the touristy things, would recommend not to follow his recommendations but only what you want to do based on google reviews.
