"Fab location, exactly as seen in photos, recommend it highly"

Location was fabulous, a stone throw from the beach via direct access. Gorgeous private pool area. Apartment looked exactly like the photo unlike many advertised properties. The host was great and very attentive to making our stay 10/10. Modern, clean and everything you would need included. The apartment was close to the strip but in our nights in we didn’t hear any noise at all, very scheduled and tranquil. We did go out 1 night on the strip until 5am and it was easy to get home thankfully.

The only thing I could say I would have liked and wasn’t sitting in the property would have been a brush, extremely minor but it would have been great to keep the floor clean if my partner walked sand in.

The apartment is very modern and clean it’s in the perfect location on the kavos strip. The owner is so friendly and accommodating.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment.

Great accommodation, with a lovely pool and housekeeping came a lot throughout our stay to change towels etc!

One room didn’t have curtains on windows so woke up earlier than would have liked

"Very poor"

The host is the rudest man. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Although the apartment is nice, clean and in a good location the poor service and rudeness far outweighs this. Do not stay here. There is a last minute demand for a cash bond per room which is not stated anywhere as well. He will also come into inspect every inch of the room before refunding your deposit we were still getting changed at the time and he walked in.

"Beautiful property"

Property was absolutely beautiful, amazing decor and facilities and very large comfy bed! It’s certainly the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in when in Kavos and would 100% return.

Although the property is right on the strip, you can totally escape from this atmosphere at the property. Double glazing is perfect, and accommodation has everything you could need. The pool is good enough size and it is relaxing enough to stay by the poolside if a day at the beach is too busy.
