Nice spacious room, private bathroom, TV, balcony. Shared kitchen filled with bottled water, coffee, tea, etc. Second floor in a building with elevator. Free parking (public).

Glass bathroom door is not tight, so some people may not feel comfortable, not a problem for me. Parking may be packed late in the evening.
