The White Room

We stayed there for a few days. We prepared meals in the shared kitchen. The bathroom is located in the stairwell but was for our exclusive use. Communication with the owner was excellent (perfect). We are very pleased. We plan to go back in a few months.

Kitchen could have been cleaner, outside the property made a little more presentable and welcoming

The room was clean, and ok for an overnight stay. Information on door entry was easy to follow. However, it didn't state that it was a shared kitchen. Even though the bathroom was clean the silicone in the shower needed replacing as it had mould, the flooring was also rippling. In general it was clean and ok for my needs

Has all the basic amenities that you could need, with a good 'clean up after yourself' system which it seemed everyone was adhering to as the place was nice and clean. I also really liked the private bathroom. Having different codes for this and our bedroom door was a little complicated at times, but all was safe and secure!

A slightly odd location, so a car is needed to get into town or see any of the local sights, but there is plenty of on street parking

Basic, value & did the job

The room had a really horrible smell - stuffy too. Smelt like stale cigarettes, and wet dogs. Not nice. Neighbours effing and blinding next door. Area wasn't great, very rough. Bed mattress was extremely thin.

Exactly what we were expecting a comfortable room with nice and easy access to the building, not too far from Plymouth center. Parking was ok I had to park a street away but was all fine.
