"Nice staff, great location, my room was unimpressive and dirty."

The location was great. Right on the town square.

My room was very dirty. Bugs and glitter on the bed and crumbs of food on the couch. Also, the room smelled. The stairs in the loft were a little scary.

The place was clean and very comfortable, the location was very convenient, the staff was super friendly and serviceable. The bathroom was well stocked.

I wish it would of have something to set the luggage, we had it on the floor. The water will turn cold while showering every now and then.

Location good to the plaza.

The water didn't stay warm in the shower. Had to have maintenance come fix it. Explanation was don't turn on the hand held showerhead and it could go cold if another room is taking a shower. Cracks under door and window let in light. No extra toilet paper, have to ask for towels, wash cloths. No tissues in room. Only stairs on slick tiles which .Kes it hard for older adults. Never stay there again.
