"balanced stay"

the ample space for parking and good big rooms

the food options were limited and room service was not provided in such cold weather had to leave room and eat , we are just feeling the chills and shivering

Dinner at night was good

We paid over Rs12000 per night for 14 people. Rooms are very cold and none of us could sleep through the night. Staff said they could provide only blankets. Bathrooms run cold water after a single shower. Geysers don't warm up water fast enough. We paid to this place expecting basic comfort and we didn't get it.
