The rooms are underground as in a crime movie scene the rooms depict and there are no facilities. Moreover the rooms and washrooms are dirty. And the bed size is small

INININOwner Alan and reception people soft natured . However our stay is short hardly 1hr . Short and nice stay. Due to unavailability of card pos, requested owner for QR and payment done in jiffy .
Other than owner and the reception staff. A stranger representing himself as the hotel staff was bit rude, tried to decide our tour plan, a lot dominative . When asked reception for card reader machine, he responded on their behalf bit rude . I don't understand his problem . I don't want to carry any bad memory from Thekkady . Hence have avoided and moved on . Recommendation for owner not to keep such people as face of your entity .
