Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Czyściutko, przytulnie, z klimatem. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony w najważniejsze naczynia, czajnik i mikrofalówkę. Plus za teren wokół domu dla dzieci - plac zabaw, trampolina, domek, mini piaskownica.

Przydałoby się mydełko do rąk w łazience i naoliwić od niej drzwi bo strasznie skrzypiały, co zwłaszcza w nocy przeszkadzało. Słaba moc żarówek w każdym pomieszczeniu (z wyjątkiem łazienki). Wieczorem męczyło to wzrok (nawet dzieci zwróciły na to uwagę). Szkoda, że aneks kuchenny nie jest wyposażony chociaż w jeden mały palnik (mini płytę grzewczą) - wtedy byłoby już naprawdę rewelacyjnie.
