Czysysc, cisza nocna, spokojna okolica mimo ze 40m do torow to ledwie słychać pociągi. Widzialem wiele różnych opinii w necie... Cóż Pani ktora się opiekuje prosi o zdjęcie butów w przedsionku, są szafki na buty... No jakby ktos na 2 pietro ładował błoto. Zrozumiałe. Pani naprawdę bardzo miła 10/10. Zakaz jest gotowania obiadów też jest kuchnia na parę pokoi wiec kazdy musi skorzystać i zapach nie każdemu sie może podobac wiec unikaja problemu. Cena ok batdzo blisko pkp i pks ok 10min pieszo. Naorawde mozna z Pania sporo dogadac i warto. Super widoki na góry.

Minus jedyny jest taki ze balkon laczony na 2 pokoje, oczywiscie wszystko jest x2 ale moze zagladac jeden drugiemu. Kwestia sąsiadów wiec u nas jes to zdarzenie neutralne a sporo siedzieliśmy. Kwestia na kogo się trafi.
