The proximity to town and the overall quality of the decoration

The bath mat on the floor is very slippery when you step on it. Could do with having grips to keep it in place

"A lovely little annex and a comfortable stay."

Lovely little annex with everything thoughtfully provided including fresh milk for drinks and a range of teas and coffees to choose from. The owners were friendly and welcoming, it was a very comfortable stay.

"Well appointed apartment within easy walking distance of Dartmouth town centre and waterfront."

The apartment was really well equipped with everything you could need and very clean, hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to eat, where to find free on street parking etc. It was also a much shorter walk to the town/waterfront than we expected. Although accessed down a flight of steps and located in a narrow road we were made aware in advance and this didn’t hinder our visit it any way. We would definitely return for another stay.
