I liked everything. The hosts Valarie and Phil were so friendly and welcoming. I felt like home. I loved the little touches and I have to say that it was one of the most equipped places I have been. They really have thought of everything.

Superb location, very clean, comfortable ensuite room, extremely friendly owners who were very helpful and kind. My husband and I would not hesitate to return.

Valerie and Phil were exceptionally helpful. Valerie sent me a message before I arrived suggesting parking spots.Phil was a font of local knowledge and made helpfull suggestions about places to eat and areas to visit.i

The steep steps were always a challenge but this is typical of most properties in Dartmouth. it is not an area that's suitable for anyone with restricted mobility.

Lovely room, situated close to the town and all the restaurants and bars. Valarie and Phil are amazing hosts with advice on where to go and what to do.

small and perfect. in a few minutes by car you could reach the surrounding beaches. Not even a 5 minute walk away you were in the center with many restaurants to eat even with a sea view.

We loved everything!

Great location, very close to the river and all the shops. The en-suite room has everything you need for your stay including a fridge and a caffetiere. It has a private entrance and a patio with seating and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The annex was so comfortable, compact but with everything and more that you could possibly need. Details were very well thought. For business person like me, the WiFi was outstanding. Valarie and Phil are the most amazing hosts. You feel that you are staying with friends. Loved every minute of my stay.
