Ortak kullanımda açık büyük bir mutfağı olması buz dolabı ve gerekli tüm malzemelerin olmasın. Neredeyse her dakika sizinle ilgilenecek fazlaca personel olması.Hepsinin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olmasını sevdim. Bir çok yere yakın ve yürünebilir bir yerde olması

Küçük bir detay ama odalarda çöp kutusu olabilir. Banyoda şampuam ve duş jeli olması iyi olabilir.
