Absolutely lovely place to stay!

Everything is good

I absolutely liked everything! The apartment itself is very nice. Has amazing views, the living room is spacious, has two bathrooms.. and the room is big! I can't say enough how much I enjoyed it. I rest very well over there. The apartment was neat and well located. The host was very kind and we had good communication. I recommend it 100% :)

Host contacted the day before to arrange all details about arrival; on the day, reception and everything else perfect. Location; as central as it can get, near every major place of interest in Chaves. Spotless cleanliness. Well equipped for any indoor need, regarding kitchen. Confidence on consuming products available (you consume and leave the payment by yourself).

As a previous comment: don't understand some critics about things that are stated in the property/room description - SHARED SPACES, ROOM SIZES .... People do not criticize what is stated; if you don't like, don't rent/book and go somewhere else. That said, two things that might be a problem (to me they weren't at all): a CCTV in the living room (due to previous extreme damages caused by uncivilized customers); the foam mattress (soft and gets your body shape...). The only real negative point is that, at least in a first or one night standing, you don't get used to the outside noise caused by cars and people, specially on a weekend. So, soundproofing needs some work.
