Sea Hut Homestay

La ubicación es muy buena, a la orilla del mar (aunque no exactamente en una playa) y el estilo del alojamiento tiene una arquitectura tradicional bonita rodeada de plantas y árboles. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y cómoda con un altillo con vistas al jardín y “algo”de mar (aunque por la descripción de la habitación “con vistas al mar” imaginamos que las vistas eras más evidentes). El desayuno es bueno teniendo opción continental o india.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la primera comunicación que tuvimos tras reservar, a pesar de que en booking decía que se paga en cash primero recibimos un mensaje para anticipar el 50% del total por Pay Pall (entendieron cuando les dijimos que no disponíamos de esa opción y no hubo problema). El acceso al hotel no es del todo fácil, sería bueno que lo indicaran mejor. La ducha no tenía agua caliente, sí lo tenían los grifos bajos del baño. Acostumbrados a la hospitalidad de otros Homestay de India no son en este alojamiento demasiado facilitadores ni muestran demasiado interés por el cliente. Hazel, no obstante, fue muy agradable.

Famille très sympa, jardin arboré avec la vue sur l'océan juste en haut des escaliers et des interactions très sympa avec les autres voyageurs, la plupart indiens. Plus le calme car ce n'est pas en centre ville.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, mais ce n'est pas grave !

Everything about the homestay is amazing. Calm and Quiet environment .Delicious food and friendly staff. You can experience a great sunset view.

Beautiful property in a scenic background.

I would never recommend the place to anyone. * Common area is a mosquito sanctuary * Small bathroom with outdated plumbing Greedy host!! Booking.com was of no help either. Worst Service Experience of our life!!! We were a party of 6 booked 3 rooms paid in fully advance. Upon arrival one of our party was unwell and we checkout in a few hours. We did not even spend a night at the place. We informed the host before leaving, Booking.com gave an option for 50% refund but the host has to approve. I logged the request the very next day but host refused to approve my request and I never got my refund. I called multiple times on the matter and they said they couldn't do anything about it. We did not even spend one night there but they got to keep our entire booking amount. They could've refunded 50%. The property is beautiful all around but I am extremely put off by the host's attitude to the issue.
