Dulan Pearl Hill Homestay

Its location, close to the beach and the town’s facilities. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom shower was great.

It was a good place to stay, just felt a lack of interest from the staff. Though they were friendly. I had to pay cash which I wasn’t expecting.

This homestay is in a super central location down a quiet street that leads to the main beach on a 5 minute walk. We had a lovely balcony view of the mountains. The beds are large and very comfy and the room has all you need. Nice quiet aircon! The breakfast was large and yummy. Very good value for money!!!

great roof top view, friendly host, feet / shoe washing station at entrance. walkable to beach. great location, easy walk to center of Dulan town.

couldn't seem to turn off the room entry way light. it was in a dim mode all night (way too bright)....had to wear my eye shade. english instruction card for a/c unit would have been helpful. the remote wasn't super obvious. a way to pull the curtain to the right so the door to the balcony could be exposed would have been nice. a moving curtain, not fixed to the sides. used a/c instead of open balcony door (Circulation), sleep quality not great.
