"Perfect stay!"

We had a perfect 3 night stay in this cosy apartment, the owners were friendly & helpful, allowing us to check in early & check out late. The apartment is better equipped than my own house in a great location close to shops, pubs & restaurants & a 20 minute walk to the town centre. One night we stayed in & ordered a takeaway from a local restaurant which was superb, nothing like the takeaways we're used to in the UK! Proper restaurant quality home-cooked food. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we go back to Brno.

"Good apartment but issue with heating"

Good location, easy to get into the centre but a good area with a selection of places to eat and drink. Really friendly and helpful host despite no common language.

The apartment has a very unusual thermostat/heating control that wasn’t clear at all to adjust. The apartment was not warm enough for my stay. An ironing board would be useful.

The location was excellent. Communication with the owner was great.

The place wasn't cleaned so well. Table was dirty. We found dirty socks in the living room under the table. Otherwise, it was ok.

"Definitely recommend"

The location is 10/10. The district is nice and peaceful, a big Lidl shop is in 5 minutes walk, and the building itself is nice and clean inside. The kitchen facilities are insane. They had pressure cooker, toast grill, blenders, lots of pans and pots of all sizes, microvawe, oven etc. I wish we could stay longer. And last but not least, the landowner is such a nice lady! We only talked for a couple minutes, but she was very friendly and kind.

It was a little chilly and I don't think we could turn the heating on, but I had the same problem in the hostel I stayed a night before. So maybe it's just the time of the year.

"Very big apartment, friendly owner, great location"

AWESOME! The property is really big, kitchen and living room are spacious and bedroom is also quite big. The owner was very approachable, gave me a nice tour and was very nice in general. Location is perfect, but might not be ideal when you need a parking place, but that holds true for wholw wider city centre area.
