Gästehaus Sophienstraße

Good position, within few minutes the main square can be reached by walk. The room was big and very comfortable, warm and clean.

The room was really clean and cosy. I really liked the furniture that made me a bit nostalgic. Really close to the city centre.

Everything was perfect. Only 9 over 10 because the bar was exceptionally closed. Highly recommended. It's a nice hotel. But get the bigger rooms, the others are small and in a different building.

While the location was just outside the Rotebuehl Strasse ring, it was easy enough to either walk into the interesting parts of Stuttgart or to get on the S-bahn or U-bahn to go further, faster. I did not drive, but it seems readily accessible by car. The lady at the reception desk of the hotel was very helpful and precise and was quick to show me where my room was.

I did not realize that I had booked a single room. They had no double rooms available that evening, so I suppose that all my possibilties there were only single rooms. The room was small, but the bathroom was very large.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the city center with a ton of restaurants and shops around. Also an 8 minute walk to the Christmas Market.

The room was a bit cold. Even after adjusting the radiator, it still didn’t warm up much.
