I wish I could have stayed longer

The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and cozy and breakfast was delicious. You had enough of everything to choose from - fresh fruit, cereals, local marmalade, bread & toast and beverages. The host was very friendly, welcoming and enjoiyable to chat with. Would definitely recommend!

Bernhard (ich hoffe es ist richtig geschrieben) ist ein unglaublich positiver und pro aktiver Gastgeber. Wir haben dieses Juwel auf einer Insel auf einer Insel (Irland) gefunden. Tatsächlich gibt es nur eine Straße über den Damm, ein wunderschönes Plätzchen Erde. Umgeben von Wasser! Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt, hatten kurz Smalltalk im Wohnzimmer, er hat unglaublich viele Informationen zur Umgebung dort Flyer etc. Er plante mit uns zusammen den weiteren Weg unserer Reise und er hatte Spaß daran. Er liebt Irland und redet gerne davon was unglaublich interessant ist! Das Frühstück wurde in einem seperaten Frühstücksraum eingenommen (Selbstbedienung) alles was man benötigt! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und super gemütlich! Smart TV, Badezimmer sauber und groß mit guter Dusche. Das Bett groß und sehr bequem! Das WLAN war OK, ab und zu ein paar hakler. Einfach eine Top Unterkunft mit Top Gastgeber. Am Abreisetag verabschiedete er uns persönlich und stand noch in der Tür bis wir den Hof verlassen hatten. Parken einfach auf der Auffahrt. Wir waren alleine dort und es war unglaublich ruhig, aber auch mit Gästen ist es sicherlich ruhig denn die Zimmer sind gut isoliert. Bernhard fragte uns ob er zu laut TV schaut (GoT Fan) oder ob es ok ist und tatsächlich kam nichts oben im Zimmer an. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100%, uns hat es so gut gefallen das wir tatsächlich für eine weitere Nacht wiedergekommen sind, nach unserem 2 Tages Ausflug nach Nordirland.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage safely next to a storage area until the previous guests checked out, which made things much easier for us. We also received access to the apartment earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent—already very close to the city center, and within about 7 minutes you could easily reach Tsimiski Street and Agia Sofia. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

The main issue was the hot water system. Since we were three guests, we had to manually turn on the water heater each time and wait around 35–40 minutes for it to heat up before each shower. The available hot water only lasted about 5–6 minutes, which was enough for a very quick shower but not enough to comfortably wash long hair. As a result, each person had to wait for the water to heat up again before using the shower. Additionally, the shower area did not have a barrier to keep the water contained, so water would frequently spread across the bathroom floor and cause flooding after each shower.
