5 Coconut Villa

- The breakfast was very good, there are several options to choose which the owner will cook for you and it will be accompanied with fresh fruit (in a generous portion). Sometimes they even surprised us with additional spring rolls or banana pancakes which were delicious. - The location is midway between the beach and the old town, which can be both reached very easily by bike in 10-15 minutes (the owner lend us the bikes for free!). It is also just beside the rice fields, so you can take a small walk and admire the beautiful landscape. There are also minimarket/restaurants/pharmacies nearby that you can reach by walking in case of need. - The best of all was of course the owner which made us feel just like home with her energy and her generosity. She also helped us to book the tours we wanted to take around Hoi An. When we come back to Hoi An (which we will do for sure!), we will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent home stay with a very nice location, located at the calm outskirts, clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly homeowner. She made our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. She booked a lovely Spa for the whole family. The breakfast provided was excellent. they made it just like what we ordered. Also fresh delicious fruits were provided every day. They were very friendly and sweet. The ambiance was very laid back and relaxing. It was perfect. Would definitely recommend this villa to everybody! Lovely hospitality. The hostess is lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was made freshly with juice, fruit and a hot meal included each morning. Free bikes available which mean it takes 5-10 minutes to get into town saving money on taxis, and about 20 minutes to the beach through the paddy fields. 10/10 recommend when staying in Hoi An

5 Coconut Villa is a great little hotel. The Family suite was large enough for a couple and two children. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms, showers and facilities very clean. We had a wonderful stay here. The owners went out of their way to assist in EVERY way they could with real concern and hospitality. They arranged two tours and airport transport for us at great rates. Breakfast was fantastic with just enough options all with a wonderful local fruit platter. Laundry service was amazing - we didn't expect our clothes to be sorted and folded. We couldn't fault the stay, the service, the rooms or the very warm service we received.

The room was so clean and bright with the best bathroom and AC. there’s a little balcony area too where you can watch the sunset. It’s so peaceful and nice. More importantly though, the host and her sister were so accommodating and helpful. They helped me with all of my questions and made the best breakfasts. please stay here!

The host and her sister are very welcoming and attentive. Lovely people who can’t help you enough. The villa itself is bright and modern with large rooms that are well furnished. The location is a little out of Old Town but easy enough to get a taxi (costs just over £1 each way) or they have bikes that you can use free of charge. You receive breakfast each morning which was tasty. I’m really glad I stayed here.

Everything! Huge comfy bed, great location 10 mins into centre and beach. Clise to rice fields. Pool great for a cool down but best if all the staff are great, so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Having to leave!

Everything was perfect, the room is very comfortable, and the location is good. Quyen was very nice and helpful! She lends you bikes and you can also rent motorbikes at an attractive price. We were so happy meeting her and will come back here for sure for our next stay in Hoi An. We recommend !!!
