This place was excellent! Roger the hos was extremely helpful, friendly and kept the house very clean. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. The AC worked great. The shared bathroom was always clean and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to use. The house kept cool with its windows and their was AC. The pictures reflect the accommodation accurately. The only improvement I would suggest is either a night stand or chair next to the bed to have a place to charge my phone handily. It was about 3 blocks to the bus stop where the 120 ran. I could go to the Falls or the Bird Park or the central city bus station to catch other buses as needed for 5 reais. So convenient. A great grocery store was about a km away. Its a bit uphill coming back so appreciated using a backpack for heavier items. There's a few restaurants on the nearby main road but I used the well equipped kitchen for my meals. If you don't want a shared accommodation theres also 2 apartments. The pool was well maintained and kept clean during my 3 week stay. I would recommend this shared room and would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach top. Es gibt einfach alles, auf Nachfrage sogar Wäscheservice. Supermarkt, Geldautomat, Geldwechselmöglichkeiten sowie die Bushaltestelle zur lächerlich preiswerten Fahrt zu den Iguazuwasserfällen, Vogelpark oder zur Grenze und weiter nach Argentinien sind nur etwa 300 Meter entfernt. An derselben Bushaltestelle kann man auch aussteigen, wenn man vom Flughafen kommt, will heissen, wer mit dem Flugzeug anlangt kann bequem mit dem Bus fast bis zur Unterkunft fahren - und spart sich das teure Taxi. Einzig das Stadtzentrum - was aber nicht sonderlich attraktiv ist, ist etwas weiter entfernt, zu Fuss aber auch erreichbar. Bei allem hilft Roger, der Betreiber mit Rat und Tat auf Englisch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch. Einfach top !

Everything was as described, the bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious. Roger was lovely, place had everything you could need. Short walk to the main road where you can catch busses, pool that's in the sun most of the day as well.

Todo perfecto. Muy limpio y excelente habitación. Además el anfitrión habla muy bien español, es muy amable y preocupado, dando información de la ciudad, resolviendo nuestras inquietudes y favores.
