I was so lucky to find this lovely place for my trip to Hoi A during Tet. Everyone was so nice and the room was lovely with a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is refreshing on a hot day. There is also a potable water refill station, which I greatly appreciated. My accommodation in Da Nang got canceled on me at the last minute and Em was so wonderful in arranging so that I could stay another night in the same room. I would stay there again for sure. I also enjoyed the attached restaurant. The banana peanut butter chocolate smoothie is so good!

Perfect location with view of river area and metres from the old town entrance, really lovely staff and convenient restaurant with great food options. Bedding was clean and comfortable, rooms were overall very good value. Prompt laundry service,

One room had poor ventilation. Aircon remote batteries needed changing in one room.
