"A perfect holiday place that truly feels like home in Hoi An."

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it offers great value for money. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the top floor with a beautiful river view, which made the experience even more special. Everything in the apartment worked well, and it was very comfortable for our stay. Overall, it’s a perfect place, and we would definitely recommend it.

"Fantastic location run by fantastic people"

The property was very clean, super modern and an amazing location. The laundry was super reasonably priced, and all the staff were super kind and accommodating. The restaurant owned by the hotel owners next-door is really great and a good place to get brunch before doing activities. They let us store our baggage because our flight landed very early. The property owner also owns a tailor shop and I took advantage of that and got some things made that were great.

Wonderful location, amazing restaurant attached, kind and attentive staff, and super comfy beds with large rooms.

Wish the bathroom shower had been cleaned a bit more thouroughly.

Ottima posizione e staff gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo presi un temporale inaspettato e rientrati in struttura in tarda serata abbiamo chiesto di lavare e asciugare i nostri vestiti per la Mattina successiva . Purtroppo la lavanderia era già chiusa ma ci hanno comunque asciugato i nostri vestiti zuppi dalla pioggia in poco più di un’ora. Struttura decorosa e pulita ma purtroppo molto molto umida.

La struttura è davvero molto umida. La nostra camera era al secondo piano ma trasudava umidità anche dal pavimento. Aria condizionata non proprio funzionante o che comunque non toglie la grande umidità presente. Quando piove la strada per arrivare alla struttura si allaga completamente e per rientrare o uscire ti trovi con l’acqua alle caviglie.

The pool wasn’t exactly one you’d swim in and more for decoration.

Location was great. Em and other staff so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and bed so comfortable. Onsite restaurant open until 3pm was delicious.
