Cozy place in Lisbon 23

La ubicación perfecta a 2 minitos de paradas de bus y tranvia 28 y 25. El apartamento tiene de todo y Ricardo muy atento

Flexibility to and from events. Well located.

The welcome-bottle of wine (thank you, Ricardo :-) ). The exhaustive intro package. Very convenient door lock. Clean, quiet, everything you need at hand. Grocery nearby. Close to the Tram 28 starting point (the not so busy one :-) ). Very relaxed holiday. Great experience overall.

The elevator is super small, but we have used it only to carry luggages in the first and last day. We were surprised in the first day to find out that it was a boiler for hot water, but after we adjusted accordingly, so no big issue even for a family with two small kids. And Ricardo forgot that we requested late check-out.

A very comfortable apartment . Bright, modern and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The location has good transport links including the 25 tram . It is easy to get to Belém.

Good size and light due to the big windows. Felt like a home rather than a holiday let so it had plenty of everything. Ricardo provided an excellent information pack and was very helpful. Hardly used the aircon but it would have been brilliant in summer.

It was under the flight path so a bit noisy (window shut out nearly all the noise though) Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest.

A bit closer to the main part of town would have been good. Having said that, the neighbourhood was nice….plus it had an Aldi!

I have traveled with Booking.com many times, but for the first time, I received such detailed and comprehensive instructions on how to get there, how to check-in, how to feel comfortable in the apartment, what transportation options are available, etc. This makes it much easier for a traveler arriving in an unfamiliar place. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The view from the window is wonderful. Looking left, you see the endless movement of the famous bridge; looking right, you see the endless tranquility of the old cemetery. The location is convenient, very close to the final stop of the famous tram 28. A tourist attraction becomes the main means of transportation. It's heartwarming. The host is very attentive. Thank you for your care.
