Charming Suite Private Wc & Balcony

We stayed in a clean and beautiful room. The host gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful. Overall, it was a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable environment. The internet speed was excellent. We also used the kitchen and living room, which were quite comfortable. We knew the location was far from the center because we had lived in Lisbon before, so this wasn't a problem; on the contrary, we got to know a new neighborhood. But also, there was a subway station very close. We discovered great locations, restaurants, and a big park very close by.

The house was freezing, and there was only a small heater in our room. When we first entered, the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, and after 6 days, despite the constantly running heater and occasional sunshine, it only rose to 17 degrees. Coming from Estonia, we weren't too bothered, but the house was cold, and there wasn't an extra heater throughout the home. We had to use shawls, especially when eating and sitting in the living room. Also, the bathroom in our room had a terrible smell. We kept the bathroom door closed, but showering and using the toilet was torture. These are things that can be improved, so I'm not deducting too many points.

To mieszkanie było piękne, lśniąco czyste, z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem i w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Widok na tę cichą ulicę pełną drzew był uroczym dodatkiem. Był pięknie położony z miłą kawiarnią na rogu na śniadanie, z której można było zobaczyć park. Jest to odległość spaceru od stacji metra w Lizbonie, więc nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z dotarciem gdziekolwiek. A Antonio jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Dał nam instrukcje i zalecenia, co i gdzie zjeść, co zobaczyć i dokąd się udać. Polecam to mieszkanie każdemu.

La camera è pulita e carina. Molto utile la cucina in condivisione dotata di diversi elettrodomestici e utensili. Il padrone di casa è molto disponibile e gentile. La metropolitana e le fermate dei bus si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Unica pecca: mancanza di prese elettriche nel bagno.

The spacious room was appointed perfectly and had a wonderful enclosed balcony equipped with a desk and chairs, affording a view of the surrounding area. A generous amount of positively delicious cookies were left in a sealed jar for us to enjoy (which we did). What a great welcome that was. The bathroom was luxurious in every aspect and was absolutely spotless, as was the entire apartment. We were met in person by the warm and very genuine Antonio, who showed us around the apartment and gave recommendations for eating. We give Antonio and his property our highest recommendation.

Nothing could make our stay better. It is wonderful exactly as it is.

The room is very comfortable, with a lovely tiny corner on a little balcony with windows. The private bathroom is spacious and new. The flat is wide and clean. Antonio is a very kind and polite host. The position is well connected to the center with subway and buses. Definitely a place I would like to come back to.
