Cosy self catering studio apartment with everything you need for your stay including complimentary hot and cold drinks. Our phone adopter was broken and host Mario was life saver as he provided the one - thank you very much.

Missed the balcony for Mountain View which would have been perfect for while having a cup of coffee. It is on 3rd floor with no lift but host Mario was very helpful with carrying the bags all the way up.

Beautiful view through the window. Room had quite enough facilities. Our next-door neighbour helped us with the iPhone charger, even though she couldn't speak any English.

The room was small. The third level made it difficult to carry luggage up. The pillows were uncomfortable, and we felt that both the pillows and the covers were not very clean.

The location is just a few minutes' walk from Interlaken West Railway Station and is also easily accessible by bus. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with Daniela thoughtfully providing coffee, tea, and some soft drinks for guests. If you plan to cook, you'll find all the necessary utensils readily available. The host personally accompanies you and explains everything, which I found to be a warm and welcoming gesture.

I was carrying a few slightly heavy bags and had to take them up to the second floor, as there is no elevator. While I don't consider this a drawback of the apartment, it's something to keep in mind—so be sure to pack light or bring only what you can comfortably carry.

Great location and beautiful view from Window. The owner Marco is an exception. He is super helpful and courteous. He helped to do laundry, explained how washing machine and dryer works. Suggested some good local place for having local Cheese Fondue.

No Lift and the appartment is on third floor but the owner helped us to get our luggage on top and new bed is required.

Good place to live for family. Clean apartment and host were helpful.

Nothing spacific but all over was ok

Communication was very good, both through booking.com and via text once arrived, and Mario was very helpful and friendly. The accomodation is nicer than it looks in the photos and generally very comfortable and pleasant. Location is a 10-15 minute walk from Interlaken centre, and very close to a nice hiking track towards Thun. Kitchen fairly minimal but well stocked.

One of the days a large number of ants appeared in the bathroom. Mario quickly came and addressed this but still was fairly unpleasant. The WiFi was a little slow.
