Apartment Lala

Everything was in proximity.. very friendly and quiet neighborhood

Owner was very helping nature. It is very near to bus stop. They gave us complementary local bus pass. Also they gave us complementary one juice bottle, water bottle, coffee and sugar pouch and many other things. Apartment was very beautiful and neat and clean. Apartment window has a beautiful Mountain View. Bed was very comfortable. All kitchen cooking vessels were there. All in all it was great experience to stay there

While a little small at first you come to find there is ample space between the corridor, kitchen, washroom and bed area. Daniela took care of the tiny touches. Things like extra towels, basic cooking amenities apart from good utensils covered oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, orange juice and more! The view from the room was beautiful, it was all in all a really cozy experience. Even finding an iron added a delight factor since we had a few crumpled clothes from all the suitcase stuffing :) the apartment is a 10 min walk from the train station which brought its own peace and quiet while also being very accessible to all the important areas. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend apartment Lala. Daniela is a great hostess and you’re sure to have a cozy stay

I like the overall set up of the apartment it was facing a beautiful view on the dining area, it has complete amenities since it was an apartment, Mr. Mario was so nice he helped us carried all our luggages on the top floor since they don't have an elevator, he provided us with varities of teas and we also have a coffee machine, the cupboard was full of what you might need in the kitchen for cooking it and made our stay even more pleasant. It was only approx. 10 min walk to interlaken west, he provided us with a visitors pass so we can roam around interlaken with the bus for free. So we didn't really spend much on transportation.

There's nothing not to like, everything was perfect.

There were hairs inside the shower cubicle and on the beds. And there was drainage problem as well. The host promised to come the next day to fix it but she did not do that.
