Please note that alcoholic beverages are not served/permitted in the property. All the rooms come without air conditioning, but with a fan and natural ventilation. Please note that the guests are requested to send their I.D. document before arrival. The property offers an Italian style breakfast upon request for 5 dollars per guests: coffee, tea, milk, jam, butter, toasts, eggs, fresh fruit and fruit juice. Guests are requested to note that laundry services is available and will incur additional charges. Kindly note that the air conditioning is availble for rooms : Triple Executive Room and Deluxe Double Room upon request and optional , with a fee of 10$ per night payable upon check-in at the reception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
