location is good! about 15 mins walk to the jonker street and a lot of restaurants around as well

contacted the owner to see if we could check in earlier and they didn’t get back till the night before and literally lied about how they had another group of people checking in the night before which they bluntly lied about it bc I could still see that their place is available to be booked that night on the booking.com AND Airbnb as well! not an honest person to work with! bathrooms are dirty (stains on the wall) and comforters/ blankets are yellowish with stains as well! could find a better place closed by I saw a few other options for the similar price, should have gone with those but now I know

The location was excellent, everything is a walk away, easy access for food, etc. The administrator was helpful and accommodating when we requested for slightly early checkin as we had a wheelchair bound person.

The place wasn’t exactly as described in picture / description. The beds were dusty so much so most of us had our sinus triggered. The extra mattress provided didn’t have bedsheets and one of it was gross looking with stains, etc. There is a squat toilet which is inconvenient and not mentioned in description. Not enough cutleries provided for the No of pax the place caters and parking was very inconvenient. Before booking, we asked if this was a wheelchair bound friendly home…they replied yes but we had to carry our mum and the wheelchair in as there is a step / barrier at the entrance.

Location is good at the center of town, only it's a little bit packed

the location very strategic. 5 minutes drive from jonker street.Suitable for a family with a baby and kids. At night some of my family members just walking go to the town. Will stay here again if come to melaka.
