Very calm and beautiful place on top of the mountain, amazing view from the bathroom and really friendly host. They facilitate different activities, like the trekking to the jungle. We felt very welcomed by Ketut and his family. Two of the main waterfalls are reachable within walking distance

Ketut, the owner is Bali's loveliest man! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always asking if there was anything I needed. He went out of his way to ensure that i was happy. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean and looked like it was brand new. i loved the bathtub with the view. Ketut even made extra hot water for my bath. I am vegan and it was no problem for him catering for me. He made a lovely and large breakfast and also two dinners. If i wanted to go out to a restaurant or to the waterfall trekking areas, he took me there. The view from the balcony was amazing and a beautiful place to chill out. There was even enough space to do yoga inside the room and on the balcony. Bed was comfy. I had the place to myself and it was blissfully quiet. I loved everything about this place. Nothing bad to say. I will definitely be back.

The only problem was that there were no shops or restaurants around, but if you needed one, either Ketut or his neice would take you wherever you wanted to go or would go and get what you wanted. And actually it was kinda nice being secluded in the peace and quiet and not be near shops and restaurants.

Great accommodation with fantastic. Beautiful, clean, and in a great location to explore the idea. The communication with the host was fantastic. He helped us with everything. All in all, it was a pleasure staying here.

Nothing, but I strongly advise against using Booking.com for your reservations. Their so-called 'customer service' is practically nonexistent, and their 'price match' policy is misleading at best. Supporting companies that lack ethical practices isn't something we customers should do. Instead, you can consider searching for this accommodation on Google and booking it directly or through a more reliable platform.

Fantastic location, peaceful and tranquil setting, incredible views, kind and sensitive host, spotless room, comfortable bed, yummy home-cooked food, a bath with a view, great tours with a friendly and informative guide (host’s cousin) through breathtaking scenery to see amazing sights (Buddhist monastery, hot springs, rice paddies, coffee plantation, local farms, waterfalls, temples, jaw-dropping lake vistas) and to get an experience of local life. This was an unforgettable experience that I’ll treasure forever. Thank you Ketut, and to your lovely family.

I stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean and spacious, had hot shower, Ketut is a very nice host. He drove me on scooter to the close warung every evening for dinner. Breakfast was great. I met his niece and beat friends and they were very friendly and treated me as one of their own. The guest house is close to Munduk waterfall, Belong and 2 more waterfalls that I forgot their names. I was able to go to the botanical garden and did a nice trecking in the forest and sailing in the lake. My stay was lovely. The weather is cool and a bit cold by night, but for me it was perfect because I don’t like the heat.

You can’t find Grab or Gojek, you’ll have to find a local driver as a taxi but Ketut can help you with that.

The owner is super kind, he will help you in any way. The location is perfect to reach few very nice waterfalls by motorbike. The room is big,it was very clean, plenty of natural light , the shower power and hot water were working perfect and more important no roosters or noisy geikos. You are very high so you have a nice view over the valley.

There are no place to eat close to the homestay , but the owner will get you food in case you wont to leave the property at night. You will definetely need a motorbike and you need to be a very good driver to go trough the narrow bike path to near waterfalls.

Kindness and helpfulness of the owner. He was a real host. We liked the breakfast, the atmosphere. And the cleanleness.

What an amazing stay! The owners cousin picked us up from our hotel in Ubud and brought us to Munduk. He was also available to take us anywhere we wanted during our stay, even offering to give us tours if we hadn’t booked them yet. The owner was very nice, cooked for us and couldn’t do enough to help us. They really wanted to make sure we had a brilliant stay. The bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, and Munduk is a beautiful must see place! Thanks again for an amazing stay.
