Plus ou moins tout. Très bon emplacement. Hébergement très agréable, confortable et joliment décoré. Personnel très serviable, aimable et accommodant durant la durée du séjour. Bon petit-déjeuner maison, cuisiné par un membre du staff. Chambre bien équipée et spacieuse.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cet établissement et recommandons l'hébergement à tous. (..Peut-être un matelas un chouia plus épais ?)

사장님께서 매우 친절하시고 한국에 대해서도 많은 관심도 있으시고, 친구가 한국에 살고있다고 하시네요. 주시는 음식도 장말 깔끔하고 맛있네요. 한국 분들 혹시나 항주 여행 계획이 있으시면 강력히 추천드리고 싶어요^^

그다지 없습니다. 만족도 95프로입니다. 아쉬운 점은 항주 번화가하고 좀 거리가 있는거, 근데 힐링하기 참 좋은 숲속에 있어서 좋습니다.

We stayed in this lovely property for 2 nights. It was the perfect getaway after 2 weeks in big cities landscapes. Although Hangzhou is not small at all, the hotel is located in a peaceful natural area, very quiet but still close to important highlights such as the Feilai Peak. The best highlight of the property was the staff, which was a 10/10. The guy working at the reception was lovely and so kind to us, helping us many times with restaurant recommendation, ordering food to our room one night when it was raining and helping us carry our luggage to the bus stop (around 10 min by foot). The property also prepares every morning a free breakfast which is super local, quite different from what we’re used to, but we loved it. It was delicious and the overall feeling of being there was very home-y.

Nothing specific, we got a small room which was a bit tight for the number of luggage we had (2 big ones and 2 small ones), but everything was very doable.

Strategic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and cozy environment.

Very hospitable family running this quaint hotel. The neighborhood was picturesque, set in a wooded neighborhood retreat away from the city. Easy walk to Lingyin Temple. Staff speaks decent English, with a strong desire to understand and be understood - always smiling and so so friendly!

Beds remind me of similar beds I slept on in Japan - VERY hard (basically a raised wooden platform with minimal padding).

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und alles war wunderbar. Die Hostelmanager waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben mich sehr gut unterstützt.
