Mahmoud the receptionist was very helpful and friendly also the room was clean and tidy

Very near (walking distance) to the corniche and many restaurants and shops. Staff friendly. Check in was easy and fast.

Hotel is old - not as implied by its name. As stated in hotel info, bathroom is shared. It is a little noisy at night due to musics from one bar nearby. No lift - need to carry bags up to one floor.

We loved that hotel for the service and Mahmoud at the front desk. The overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it the perfect place to interact with other travelers and the people working there. The room was as expected and clean. The facilities were also clean and worked great. The location is on the sea front.

New Hotel is a simple hotel for staying in Alexandria, but very comfortable and authentic. The hotel located in the old building near the shore of Mediterranean sea. Staff is friendly and helpful. I guess it's hard to find something similar for this price in Alexandria.
