Cannot fault this place at all; it's in a great location, unbelievably clean tidy and Pooja the lady who runs the place goes over the top to make sure you are looked after.

Ambience is good. Pleasant stay.

The location is ideal as it is nestled within the city center and ~250 meters from the river where swimming, boating, and other activities occur. There are plenty of food and tea options within a 150 meter radius and taxis are available within minutes if needed. There is also a rooftop which is a nice way to view the city and provides a nice place to relax. I've stayed in over 90 hostels throughout the world and this is far and away the cleanest one I've seen and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

Despite it being a last-minute request, the response was quick and attentive. Furthermore, they introduced me to other guests who were planning to join a wine tour and even booked a taxi on my behalf, truly providing a comprehensive service. The location is also great, making it a place I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting this area.
