Amabilitat i disposició del personal. Neteja de llençols, tovalloles, bany i aspecte de la habitació

Cap dels llums de la habitació no s'apagaven completament. Quedaven lleugerament encesos, no vam poder dormir a les fosques. Possiblement, tinguin la fase i el neutre invertit i els llums led s'il·luminen amb facilitat. La mampara de la dutxa perdia molta aigua per la seva junta amb el plat de dutxa i quedava la catifa de bany i el terra ple d'aigua. L'aire condicionat no escalfava prou, el seu flux d'aire era molt baix, a pesar de haver posat el comandament al màxim de tot. El matalàs és massa tou i s'enfonsa al centre i els llençols són grans i lliscosos, el que provoca que quedin moltes arrugues
