Waschbecken und Dusche verstopft, beim Duschen lief das Wasser über. Im WC kein Wasser im Waschbecken. Extrem kleines Zimmer (ca.5 qm) und zwei Betten, kaum Bewegungsfreiheit, geschweige Platz für Gepäck. Defekter Schrank ohne Tür mit loser Rückwand der zu kippen drohte. Im Bad keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kosmetika, Laminatfußboden schon vom Wasser augeweicht. Extrem schmalle und steile Treppen im Haus. Insgesamt ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Müll im Treppenhaus stand über mehrere Tage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

Łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie z obiektu. Właściciel bardzo responsywny i chętny do pomocy. Blisko do plaży, do tramwaju, do sklepów, praktycznie do wszystkiego.

Można by przykładać większą wagę do sprzątania w aneksie kuchennym. Prysznic we współdzielonej łazience był po prostu źle zamontowany, przez co woda cały czas stała w brodziku, kąpanie się w takich warunkach jest niehigieniczne.
