Not clean enough

For the price it was a great place to stay, I think the bad comments here are from people who expect 5 star hotel experience for pennies. The place had everything a tired traveller might need and it was reasonably clean, very good location, easy to get to by public transport, lots of shops in the area, and beaches. The room was small, but as I was traveling alone, it didn't bother me, the main thing was that the bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep.

Maybe there could have been more utensils in the kitchen, but I was just happy to get to use it.

It's located between 2 lovely sandy beaches and a variety of shops, restaurants and markets, bus line just around the corner, which makes the location perfect. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, fridge and freezer and bathroom with toiletries. There's a positive spirit throughout the property and wifi works perfectly.

It's not very soundproof
