The facility was clean.

The communication channel was not convenient for foreigners! The host used Line, which is popular among Taiwanese but not commonly available in North America. We would appreciate it if there had been more glassware, towels, and extra pillows in the cabinet for us to use. When we asked the host, they could only provide them on the second day. While the host was friendly(online ), the location was challenging. We needed to ask the locals for help. The furniture was worn, and the cleaning tools were aged. Overall, it was an okay experience. My recommendation to the owner/host is that they renovate the entire home.

"Great spot in the middle of town!!"

The location of this property was very central to night markets. It was spacious & the air conditioning was very good. A big plus was having 2 toilets downstairs!! Customer service & instructions were good & easy to follow!!

There were 4 of us & only 2 coffee cups - it would have been better to have 4 coffee cups for 4 people. Plus there were no hooks to hang our towels !! Only small negative things that can be easily fixed!!
