The location was good and was quite close to the Cornbrook tram stop which was perfect for my stay for the Manchester Marathon. Communication was good with the host who provided details in advance on how to access the property. I found it good value for money overall but be advised it is a shared accommodation so there is someone else living in the property.

This place was fine for a couple of nights stay and is priced fairly for what it is (shared accommodation). The property is a bit dated and could do with a bit of TLC but overall no real complaints. I was a bit skeptical when I arrived but overall the accommodation matched my expectations in terms of the price. An extra pillow and towel would have been nice.

Very convenient location for the event I was attending, very comfortable room with a big bed, desk and internet access, what more could you need?

Shower was a little hard to get the hang of but once I realised the switch was outside the bathroom it was all good. No complaints!

Basic spacious room which is just what I needed for my short stay for a concert. Bed comfortable ( although it didn’t look made) it was clean. Good size room. Bathroom dated but lovely hot new shower. Amazing host and so helpful when I wasn’t sure how to work the key safe. So, despite a few minor negatives, would I stay again- yes! Perfect for the arena!!! Xx

That a man ( the owner) let himself in while I was in the bedroom! I wasn’t aware that he’d be home. This should’ve been made clear as I was in my underwear and he came in from work. Some women wouldn’t feel comfortable with a strange man in the living room while your in the bedroom or having a shower regardless of locks on the door. Just a thought! Had to cancel a few Ubers as they couldn’t find me. Walk out of the court and onto the road to have a better chance due to the huge roundabout! Once I knew, wasn’t an issue x

The place was extremely comfy! It was simple and effective. Bed was cosy, the room was very warm, lovely view of the centre, easy access to the property and stress-free. Good value for money, given the location, and the host was super friendly! Provided all the instructions necessary to check in.

Honestly, nothing much to add on this. I guess that the main door to the flat was a little stuck, so it required some effort to open, and the bathroom's hand dryer is very weak. But I really can bypass that, it really was a great experience.
