"Bad host and bad location"

Not much

We lost a key and got charged £50 for it, appealed it but the host was rude to us. Since when does a key cost £50?? The location is poor as well, near a tram stop but the trams aren’t frequent and the property is up a big hill not close to anything. I absolutely would NOT recommend this place and you would be better off booking elsewhere in Sheffield.
