I just needed somewhere to sleep for one night after a meeting in Derby and moving on to Milton Keynes the next day, and it was ideal. Very quiet, comfortable and everything as advertised. I didn’t need an iron and an ironing board but I was impressed that there was one!

The front garden was scruffy. I wasn’t exactly welcomed by the other tenants, but this didn’t matter as I didn’t need to use the shared kitchen and lounge.
