i loved the location. it was near every where i needed to go while in the area. it was beautiful on the inside and outside. my room was minimal, but had the basics.

it was very hot in my room; uncomfortably hot. i think the ac was broken or something, not sure but that was unfortunate. that would be my main complaint.

Very close to my conference location and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

It was a great stay.

Property was very clean and the bathroom was nice. It was basic accommodations, but I only needed it while sleeping. Take the 55 bus from 2 blocks away or the 49 from a block away into downtown. Never saw guests in the other two rooms.

Bathroom is external to the room (expected) and is on a different floor. This unit is in the back half of a duplex with a narrow but well lit path between houses. Blinds don’t keep out the light, but window doesn’t get morning sun. Neighbor’s lights may be annoying but I carry an eye mask and was fine. No individual a/c control but has a fan. You can hear other guests, but it was nothing major. Couldn’t find towels at first. Some homeless people in the neighborhoods, but fewer than some parts of town. Just wish it was closer to midtown!

The location was great for my needs. The price was very good. I am also happy that the owner took my very very late call to assist with a lock issue I had.

I didn't like my bathroom being on a different floor - but it was great to have it to myself. I am also glad I packed towels, as I don't remember anything in the booking about not providing those.
