The guest house is located right in the center of Ubud, it's close to all the stores, restaurants, and Ubud art market. The breakfast is tasty and filling. The host is kind, accommodating, and willing to help.

You get what you pay for. The linens have dirty spots, walls are moldy, and there's a leak in the bathroom. If you want better quality, be ready to pay more for an accommodation that offers breakfast and is as close as this one to Ubud downtown.

La posizione è centrale e comoda, ma riparata dal rumore. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione era buona e servita in camera. La mobilia sarebbe da rinnovare, ma per il prezzo era più che adeguata.

Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben – mit einem schönen Balkon und toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Lage ist super zentral, alles gut erreichbar. Je nach Buchung ist Frühstück im Preis enthalten oder optional zubuchbar. Alles war sehr sauber, nur auf dem Bettbezug waren ein, zwei kleine Flecken, die vermutlich beim Waschen nicht mehr herausgingen – aber insgesamt kein Problem. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Besonders angenehm: es wird sogar direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

高いvillaよりも、安いこちらの方が清潔にしてあった。朝食もあるので、お得かと思う。

ボディソープ、シャンプーはなかったので、持参は必要でした。

La mujer que atendía el homestay es un amor. El desayuno delicioso, la cama dura (como en casi todo asia) que para mi gusto es perfecta. El baño estaba bien, ni muy bueno ni muy malo. El balcón bien

Que no estaba muy limpio, cubrecamas con un poco de hongos y paredes con un poco de telarañas y hongos también. Se entiende que suele pasar porque es muy humedo el clima. Pero solo por eso le bajo el puntaje.

Great location, close proximity to main areas of Ubud. Comfy bed, good WiFi and hot water shower. Nice balcony view and decent breakfast included. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with extending my stay at short notice.

Construction works next door which was at times noisy during the day.
