Fernando is a great host and very professional. He was able to accommodate many of my special requests. I stayed for 2 weeks with him and two weeks with another host who is about a block away. Fernando and his place, with its hotter water, had the other place be hands down!

I didn't like leaving, I was very happy there. But I plan to return and stay longer. I just like the neighborhood and the opportunities for healthy food and exercise. It's also very safe. Bogota itself is wonderful, with lots of flowers, delicious fruits and friendly people.

Ubicación

La habitación muy pequeña para 3 personas, las instalaciones, principalmente el techo estaban deterioradas, el tv es demasiado antiguo, no hicieron aseo en los dos días que estuvimos alojados.

"Buena ubicación"

Está cerca del Estadio el Campin, y el Movistar Arena por lo que desde el alojamiento se puede ir uno caminando sin problema.

La limitación para tener las llaves de la puerta principal lo que nos hacía dependientes del dueño para entrar y salir, así mismo cerca no hay restaurantes pero en el barrio del frente, Pablo VI hay una excelente oferta de gimnasios, supermercados y restaurantes tradicionales. Es un excelente alojamiento para descansar.

Fernando was helpful with orienting us in Bogota and the neighborhood is safe and mellow. Touristic House has a retro vibe, like Bogota in the '50's.

The host Fernando was very friendly and helpful everyday. On day-1 he helped us get a transportation for the old city tour.

Not having a tea/coffee/ water machine for self use. At every other place we stayed from Booking.com and Airbnb had this amenity. We were fully dependent on Fernando. Also towels were large Napkin like.
